A message from our founder
We are building the support system young people deserve.
AYOA was formed from a simple conviction: young people do better when caring adults, strong families, schools, communities, and employers work together. Our work meets youth where they are, strengthens the people around them, and opens real pathways to leadership and opportunity.
This inaugural report shares the foundation built in 2026. Because AYOA is in its development and launch stage, we are reporting program structure and organizational progress without presenting unverified impact or financial totals. Future reports will include measured participation, graduation, outcomes, partnerships, and financial information as verified data becomes available.

A 12-week character and leadership journey helping young men develop discipline, responsibility, and purpose.
I’m That Girl
A 12-week confidence, identity, and leadership experience supporting young women as they discover their voice and value.
Data Center Academy
Career exposure connecting students to technology, skilled trades, cybersecurity, operations, construction, and business pathways.
Sports Summer Camp
Football and basketball development that combines athletic fundamentals, teamwork, character, and leadership.
2026 organizational progress
Building the foundation for responsible growth.
Established AYOA’s core youth, family, workforce, leadership, and sports pathways.
Created a $149 annual family membership model with a written fee and funds-use policy.
Built pathways for parents, mentors, volunteers, schools, sponsors, and corporate partners to participate.
Added Data Center Academy career exposure and professional mentor-instructor participation.
Started planning for the AYOA 10,000 Teen March coming in 2027.
Created program graduation milestones and committed to publishing verified results as data develops.
