Code of Kings
A high-energy 12-week character and leadership program that challenges young men to become disciplined, responsible, respectful, and purpose-driven.
How the program works
Young men learn to lead themselves first.
Professional mentors guide students through honest conversations, real-life scenarios, team challenges, service, and weekly commitments. Students learn that manhood is demonstrated through choices, consistency, and how they treat others.
Respectful communication and healthy conflict resolution.
Leadership, teamwork, service, and responsible decision-making.
A personal code, life goals, and a plan for continued growth.
The 12-week journey
Learn it. Practice it. Live it.
Each stage builds on the one before it. Students participate in mentor-led discussions, practical activities, reflection, accountability, and goal setting.
Identity & Standards
Define character, examine influences and choices, establish personal standards, and understand the responsibility of leadership.
Discipline & Respect
Build self-control, communication skills, resilience, accountability, and respect for self, family, peers, and community.
Leadership in Action
Practice teamwork, service, problem-solving, goal setting, healthy relationships, and making decisions under pressure.
The King’s Commitment
Create a personal code and leadership plan, complete a service challenge, and prepare to present a commitment at graduation.
The finish line is a new beginning
Graduation celebrates transformation.
Each young man presents his personal commitment, is recognized by his family and mentors, and receives an AYOA certificate marking the completion of his 12-week leadership journey.
Families, mentors, and community partners are invited to recognize each graduate’s commitment and encourage the next chapter.
